  • Debbie, Office Manager was faced with the following situations:
  • 1. Had difficulty in tracking appropriate expenses including payroll hours to jobs/projects for cost accumulation
  • 2. Current processes required duplicate entry, resulting in incorrect and missing information when invoicing material, outside processes and hours to jobs/projects for revenue accumulation
  • 3. Manually processing, reporting and paying federal and state payroll taxes for the company
  • 4. Were unable to easily get profitability by client and job/project

  • Use Time ticket entry feature to eliminate duplicate entry & minimize mistakes
